Submitting a preferred date or time does not create or confirm an appointment. Site visits are confirmed separately by 10@18 Industries.

Site visit addresses and request details are not stored in your browser as a saved draft.

Additional Contact Information

If you provide an Additional Contact Email on a quote request, that address is included with the request so 10@18 Industries can identify another person who may need to receive or approve the resulting quote.

Submitting an additional contact email does not automatically send that person a copy of the RFQ submission or confirmation email.

Photos and Uploaded Information

Photos submitted with a quote request are used to help identify products, understand the request, or prepare a quote.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in photos or descriptions unless it is necessary for us to respond to your request.

RFQ Drafts and Browser Storage

The website may save an unfinished RFQ draft in your browser so that your work is not lost if you leave or refresh the page.

This draft information is stored locally on your device and is not submitted to 10@18 Industries until you send the RFQ.

Uploaded photo files may need to be selected again if they cannot be preserved as part of a saved browser draft.

The website may also store preferences, such as light or dark theme settings and whether the introductory boot sequence has recently been shown.

Site visit requests are not saved as browser drafts.

Technical Information

Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timing, and security-related logs.

You are not required to submit an RFQ or site visit request through the website. You may contact us directly instead.

You can also clear locally stored website information through your browser settings.
